Nickel-Based Superalloy Powder for High-Temperature Strength and Fatigue Resistance

GMP® 718™ from Globus Metal Powders is a nickel-chromium-iron superalloy powder engineered for exceptional high-temperature strength, creep resistance, and fatigue performance. Produced via argon inert gas atomisation, this powder features ultra-low oxygen content, tightly controlled minor elements, and optimised spherical particle morphology, making it ideal for PM-HIP, additive manufacturing (AM), metal injection moulding (MIM), and thermal spray applications.

This alloy is widely used in aerospace, defence, marine, nuclear and energy sectors, particularly for turbine components, manifolds, and critical structural parts that must maintain mechanical integrity under prolonged exposure to high temperatures and cyclic loading.
